Notification of abstract acceptance: 30 November 2025
Final program, including lists of participants and abstracts: 12 December 2025

• Language: English
• Abstract title: in CAPITAL LETTERS
• Abstract body: maximum 300 words. Funding acknowledgements may be included and are not counted in the word limit.
• Authors: names separated with semicolon (";"). Each author's name should have the form "LastName, Initials (1)". Please use numbers within brackets to indicate affiliation (see below). For instance, Sousa, VC (1,2); Fragata, I (1); Parreira, B (2,3); Rodrigues, L (1)
• Affiliations: institutions separated with semicolon (";"). For each institution, use the form "(1) Acronym - Name of institution/department, University, City, Country". No detailed address is required. For instance, (1) CE3C - Centre for Ecology, Evolution and Environmental Changes, FCUL University of Lisbon, Lisbon, Portugal; (2) IGC - Instituto Gulbenkian de Ciência, Oeiras, Portugal; (3) IEE, University of Bern, Bern, Switzerland.
• Keywords: maximum 5 separated by semicolon (";") describing the field/area of the work. For instance, "speciation", "sexual selection", "population genetics", and "adaptation". These will be used to organise sessions.
